I would rate my experience 2/10. Unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations and I usually like everything. The pozole lacked seasoning, and the hominy was very firm, making it seem undercooked. The fajitas were also underseasoned and very chewy and the rice was a bit hard, as if it hadn’t been cooked long enough. The mole was much sweeter than expected, which overpowered the other flavors. Overall, I believe the dishes could benefit from better seasoning and more attention to cooking times. I hope these issues are addressed, as the restaurant has the potential to provide a much better dining experience. I can say service was a 8/10 because our server was very nice and attentive.

It is was our first time visiting Casa Madre. I brought my dad for father's day. He had been following the restaurant on social media. ;) Food and service was excellent. Our waiter Villa offered great service. He helped make our visit very pleasant. The sirloin tacos were amazing. The meat was very tender and flavorful. My parents had the mar y tierra molcajete it was also very good. Drinks and desserts were good too. We are looking forward to go back and try more options.

As you enter, the hosts greets you and is so sweet. The foyer and entrance is amazing. Your seated and immediately welcomed. You view a small menu or scan a QR code. Your offered a basket of bread and salsas. The TikTok feed recommendations were on point - we shared the steak and egg and I had the Cafe de Olla- absolute the best. As we were seated we learned the owner Tono Garza arrived. We were able to meet him and took Photos. My SIL & BIL had the barbacoa - it was delicious. We enjoyed our brunch together and shared a cheesecake with carrot cake combo. Delish! Tom, our server was very attentive and helpful with recommendations as well.

The food was good but not great. We ordered the chilaquiles casa madre and the migas rancheras. The potatoes were a little bland but the salsa roja from the chilaquiles was good. The service was excellent. Our waiter was so sweet and attentive, he had an awesome attitude and vibe. The coffee was strong (just how I like it). The pancakes were a little dry, the taste was good but a little dry. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had seen this restaurant on social media and read really positive reviews from people who visited the establishment. Finally, I was able to attend and I was pleased with everything. I ordered the cheese Chilaquiles along with the healthy green juice and it was delicious. The staff offered a welcoming environment throughout my whole dinning experience. I highly recommend people to go and try it out!
